Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refunds may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase.
• The license key must not have been activated on more than one (1) device at the time of the request.
• This applies to both the Single PC License and the 3-PC Family Pack.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@nexforgelabs.co.in from the email address used at purchase, including:

• Your order/transaction ID (from your Razorpay payment confirmation)
• Your license key
• A short reason (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time — typically 7–14 business days — back to your original payment method, subject to your bank or card issuer's own timelines.

When a Refund May Be Declined

We reserve the right to decline a refund request where there is reasonable evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, activation on more than one device before requesting a refund, or extended use of the software before requesting a refund.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable law.
